Named after a mythical island in the Atlantic ocean, Antilia is the personal home of Mukesh Ambani (one of the top 5 richest men in the world, and is said to be worth approximately $22 billion), chairman of Reliance Industries and situated in Altamont Road, South Mumbai (Altamount Road was the 10th most expensive street in the world at US$25,000\/sq m).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Features<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Many of the floors are double or triple height, so the building rises to 570 feet, the equivalent of a 40-story structure.<\/li>\n<li>It is reported that Antilia is worth more than a billion dollar.<\/li>\n<li>Antilia also has a movie theatre with a seating capacity of 50.<\/li>\n<li>Architecture by a global multidisciplinary architecture and design firm Perkins and Will.<\/li>\n<li>Includes swimming pool, three floors of hanging gardens, ballroom, health spa and yoga studio.<\/li>\n<li>Antilia contains a multi-story garage with space for 160 cars.
