The Electronic City, India’s own Silicon Valley and home to some of the best know global companies. It is one India’s largest electronic industrial parks; spread over 332 acres, just outside Bangalore, India. It has three phases- Phases I, Phases II and Phase III Electronic City was established by Keonics, Karnataka Electronics, a pioneer in information technology infrastructure development. Electronic City has a world class infrastructure which has housed major IT/ITES companies like Hewlett-Packard, Infosys, HCL Technologies, Siemens, and many more.The highway or Hosur Road also has come some buildings of some major IT players like BOSCH, Convergys etc., along with showrooms of major auto manufacturers like Volvo, Audi, BMW, Toyoto, Honda, Volkswagen etc. The 9.985 km long ten lane mixed corridor elevated highway on NH7, Hosur Road, between Silk Board Junction and Electronic City is India’s longest elevated highway. This project is approved by BMRDA and the home finances are approved by SBI, HDFC, AXIS, ICICI, LIC, UCO etc.
