Overview
Our project is based after Sakleshpur, it's only 5 kms from the national highway and very close to state highway. The total area of plot is 20 acres, which we have bifurcated into 1, 2, 3 and 5 acres. We will completely take care of maintenance of the property. And these maintenance details will be updated to customers. Maintenance includes labor, compost, manure, pesticides, harvesting and selling also. Here plants are already cultivated. They are all 10 years old and already in yielding condition. In this one acre, we have around 700 - 800 coffee plants, silver oak trees, jungle wood trees and pepper. After purchasing the plot, you can go for construction of farm house up to 5000 sq ft as permitted by the government.We will help you in construction also.Or else you can come and stay in our already built farm houses in Sakleshpur and Chikmaglur for 5 days in a year. It’s free of cost. You can enjoy all the modern amenities over here and come and spend your holidays and weekends in a cool climate, free from pollution and busy life.Our project is also closer to many of the tourist places. It’s perfect place for trekking. According to section 104, Land Reforms Act, Even Non-Agriculturists can purchase the plantation land and Coffee comes under the plantation land.
