Step 2: Enter mandatory details in the registration form. DO NOT leave the form incomplete. It is compulsory to fill in all the fields - Name , Email, Password, Re - Type Password, Mobile and City.
Complete the form filling process by entering the 'CAPTCHA Code' and tick on the box agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of use.
Step 3: A Message saying 'Your Account has been created' will appear on your screen, indicating a successful registration. An activation link will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link and you will be redirect to Bharatestates.com Home Page.
Step 4: Login using your Mail ID as Username and the registered Password to access your 'Dashboard'
Step 5: Dashboard presents you with options to 'Add Property', 'Edit profile' and 'Change Password'. Start posting properties to activate your Dashboard.
Click on 'Add Property' in your Dashboard to post your property for sale or rent.

Once you have added the property for sale or rent, your dashboard will list the property you have posted. The 'Edit Property' section consists of the following options:
The details section consists of an option called 'Edit', when clicked, it will redirect you to the Step 1 of the 3 simple steps to add a property. Make necessary changes to the Basic details / Description / Contact Details and click on Finish to save your changes.
The media section consists of two options 'Image' and 'Map'.
When you click on Image, you are presented with 3 sections
Property Display Image: Upload the property image of your choice which will be visible when the property summary is displayed on your Dashboard.
Property Image Gallery: You can upload upto 4 property images displaying its interiors. Select and Upload Images based on the Position. When a buyer looks into your property details, he will scroll through the image gallery based on the order or position in which you have uploaded the images.
Property Map Location: A link is displayed on the screen that will navigate you to 'itouchmap.com', wherein you have to enter your address. This tool will automatically fetch the Latitude and Longitude of your address. Just Copy and Paste the information in the Latitude and Longitude section of Bharatestates.com to tag your property location on the Map.
When you click on map, it will redirect you to the Property Map Location Page. Based on the Latitude and Longitude of the address entered, your property location will be tagged on the Map.
Click on 'Back to Dashboard' to view the changes made.
The 'Manage' option under contact allows you to change any of your contact details in Step 3 of the 3 simple steps to add a property.
The response option saves the list of enquiries made on your property from the last Login Date. For example, 10(2), the number indicates [Total number of enquires (Number of new enquires generated from the last Login Date)].You can download the list and save it to your in-drive for future reference.
You can remove the property profile added by clicking on 'Delete'.
