CREDAI Pune (Formerly PBAP) Presents 10th official "MEGA PROPERTY EXHIBITION - 2010" on 15th to 17th January 2010 at SSPMS ground. The MEGA PROPERTY EXHIBITION has 80 developers participating with about 500 properties being showcased for the period of 3 days.

These official Property Exhibitions have strong credentials for the home buyers as the members of the Association have to observe strict code of conduct, rules and discipline, laid down by the Association. I am also pleased to note that the Pune Municipal Corporation, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and the Dist. Collector Pune are a city partner to this event." "We had 5 area wise property exhibitions that catered to specific localities in Pune. These were organized keeping in the mind the convenience of people to visit specific projects of respective areas, since that is a big deciding factor for home buyers and it made things easier for buyers." Says Anuj Bhandari, Chairman of the exhibition committee.
Credai Pune in the past year organized five property exhibitions to make home buying more convenient for the people of Pune. This is the 10th annual Mega Property exhibition to showcase projects all over the city under one roof. There are three days for the prospective buyers to explore, assess and decide on the house from a wide range of properties in "MEGA PROPERTY EXHIBITION - 2010" at SSPMS ground.
