How do I register?

Click on register free link on the top right corner, which will take you to the registration form page.

Do I need to register even though I am just a buyer or an investor?

No, it is not mandatory for you to register as a buyer or an investor. However being a registered member you can post your property requirement, broadcast it to social networking sites like facebook/orkut etc. so that your friends know what you are looking for.

I am a contractor and wish to sell my services, how do I register?

On the registration page you will have to sign up as an individual and then add your services by adding an Allied Service through the Dashboard. You can add unlimited Allied services as a buyer or an individual. However repetitive postings will be deleted and your account might be under surveillance for unethical usage.

How do I post a property?

After registration you will receive an activation link by email. Once you activate your account you can access your dashboard by signing in on bharatestates.com Click on the type of property you wish to post and click on Add button on the right hand side. You will get a form to post your property. Tip: More details you fill, more responses you will get for your property posting.

Where do I see my property responses?

On your dashboard you will see a table showing the number of posts in your account along with total views (number of people who have seen your post) and responses. The number of new responses will be displayed in bold. Responses will be displayed below your property postings on your dashboard.

Can I change my category from individual to builder?

No. If you have signed up as an individual initially you will have to create a new account as a builder.

What is the difference between individual and a builder?

Builder can post projects. Individuals cannot.

How do I change my contact details or information about myself or my company?

Click on the "Edit Profile" link located on top of your dashboard.

How do I change my password?

Click on the "Change Password" link next to "Edit Profile" from your dashboard.

Will I get enquiry alerts on on my mobile or email?

Yes. As soon as someone fills up the enquiry form on your property page you will be notified on email as well as on mobile via sms.

I have posted my properties and agents have started to call me for enquiries. What do I do?

Ask the agent from where has he received your number. If it is through bharatestates.com you may politely reject his enquiry saying you are no interested in agents. Neither is bharatestates.com.

How can we stop agents registering the site and posting properties?

You can click on report an agent link located at the bottom of the site. You will get a form where you can mention any property id or user id which you think belongs to an agent. We will verify and block the account immediately and the user can no longer be able to access his/her account.

I cannot find properties that I am looking for?

Click on post a requirement link located at the bottom on the site. Please fill the quick form and you will be notified as soon as a new property is posted on the site that matches your requirement.

How can I make sure my property is listed on top page of search results?

You may update your property details frequently by logging in your account. As search results are displayed according to the latest postings first, all the properties which are freshly posted or edited will appear first. Also read tips on how to get maximum viewership on your property posts and make the most of your BharatEstates account.

How do I know that the information such as location prices, postings, responses on BharatEstates are authentic and accurate?
