This beautiful park is situated near the famous Hussain Sagar Lake in Hyderabad. As the name suggests the name of the Park is given Lumbini because it is believed that the Lord Buddha was born here.
Actually it was the time centuries ago and that is why no one knows the actual story but this park has got its name from the birth place of Gautama Buddha. There is a huge impressive statue of Lord Buddha situated just few yards away from the Park.
