Ratnagiri is considered as a growing tourist destination, the prime attractions in and around Ratnagiri are Rajapur Ganga, Marleshwar, Mandavi and Bhatye Beach, Mirkarwada Beach, Malgund, Jaigad, Pawas, Ratna Durg, Ganpatipule etc. Also the proximity to Pune is adding a new value to the real estate market in Ratnagiri, The corporate houses that are unable to find a suitable office location in Pune within the allotted budget are searching for locations in Ratnagiri that is just a few kilometers away from the IT hub of India – Pune.
