Baramati MIDC

Baramati Industrial Area is one of the larger areas that administers 761.65 hectares of land. The land is situated on Baramati-Bhigwan road, 5 km from Baramati city and 105 km from Pune city; it also lies on the Daund-Baramati broad gauge railway line. MIDC provides the infrastructural facilities. Railway shuttle services from Pune to Baramati are available.

Truck Terminus And Bus Stop: Local bus services are easily available from Baramati Station to MIDC area.
Education: In the area English , Marathi medium schools and colleges are available with degree course in computer, Electronics,Biotechnology,Law etc. in the industrial area.
Support Facilities: Air Strip – In the Baramati industrial area Airstrip is provided. The runway length is 1450 metres.
Electricity: 220KV/132 KV/33KV sub station installed by MSEB in the area which provides reliable power supply. Present consumption – 12 MVA Surplus power supply – 38 MVA.
Water: MIDC has created an 18 MLD water supply scheme Present Consumption – 6.50 MLD Surplus – 11.50 MLD.
Roads: MIDC has created a network of quality internal roads in the area. All the roads are asphalted.
Residential Facilities: A wide range of quality, affordable housing infrastructure is available nearby area. MIDC has also made available residential plots in the area.

Residential Plots per sq. mtr : 1250
Commercial Plots per sq. mtr : 900

NOTE :
1. MIDC reserves the right to revise the rates without prior notice.
2. If the plot is facing State Highway/National Highway or the service road parallel to highways, then 15% additional premium will have to be paid.
3. If the plot is having the more frontage than the standard size, then additional frontage charges will have to be paid for the excess frontage per running meter decided by the corporation time to time.
4. If the plot is situated at the junction as stated at 1) above or having the excess frontage as stated at 3) above, in that case the additional premium will have to be recovered which will be on higher side.
